Gantulga Trade LLC has been expanding its area of operation in the field of construction, gravel plant, concrete batching plant and substation etc. since 2013.

Since the start of the construction activities, the construction works have been carried out in Sainshand, Altanshiree, Zamiin-Uud, Khatanbulag, and Mandakh sum-provinces located in Dornogobi Province.

From 2016, under the initiative of the Governor of Dornogobi Province, along with the subscription of the Local Council of Dornogobi Province, the “1000 Family Housing” Project was implemented within areas 2, 7, 8 of Sainshand sub-province, areas 1 and 3 of Zamiin-Uud sub-province for the construction of four Mandakh Naran Complex Project which is a 24 block apartment fitting 1,800 housing for residents, including commercial and service centers, kindergartens and medical building. By doing so, this reflects the real possibility of creating real value to the residents of the local province in infrastructure work.

At the same time, Gantulga Trade LLC has catered to the constructions of 30 buildings ranging from offices, industrial buildings, sewage treatment plants, hotels, cultural and sports recreational center, canteent, and workers’ town 1 and 2 within both Selenge Province and Dornogobi Province, inclusive of the landscaping works. By doing so, these have contributed significantly to the favourable working and living environment for workers and the local region.
