Construction projects
From 2016, under the initiative of the Governor of Dornogobi Province, along with the subscription of the Local Council of Dornogobi Province, the “1000 Family Housing” Project was implemented within areas 2, 7, 8 of Sainshand sub-province, areas 1 and 3 of Zamiin-Uud sub-province for the construction of four Mandakh Naran Complex Project which is a 24 block apartment fitting 1,800 housing for residents, including commercial and service centers, kindergartens and medical building. By doing so, this reflects the real possibility of creating real value to the residents of the local province in infrastructure work.
In 2018-2023, 14 buildings including Office, Hotel, Culture and Sports Center, Canteen, Workers Town-1 and 2 of Bayangol Mine in Eruu sub-province of Selenge Province were put into completed and transferred for operation. The service buildings are connected to the staff quarters by a glass connector, which ensures the complete comfort for the mine workers.
Construction of canteens, housing for employees, and cleaning facilities in Altanshireet Industrial Park Project. From 2020, the casting of the foundations of the five industrial plants of the Altanshireet Industrial Park Project in Altanshiree sub-province of Dornogobi Province was completed. We have also completed the construction of Canteens, 4 buildings for workers' housing, and cleaning facilities, which provide a living and working environment for the factory workers.
In 2022-2024, a favorable working and living environment for border customs and railway workers was constructed with a single design element which has created a healthy and safe working environment and is ready to be commissioned to the State at both Khangi Station in Khatanbulag sub-province and Nomgon crossing in Mandakh sub-province of Dornogobi Province.
