He brings broad international experience, having worked in Australia, Mongolia, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, the UK, and North America. Before Deloitte, he spent 17 years at PwC. Gary is also a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.

Baldorj brings extensive experience in construction projects, including leading the construction of GMT’s ~227 km Tavan Tolgoi–Khangi railway. Prior to joining GMT, he served as Deputy Director at Mongolia's International Airport and as a Legal Advisor at Suld Legal Partners. Earlier in his career, he spent seven years as a Senior Investigator with the Mongolian Police and four years with the Anti-Corruption Agency of Mongolia.
